100g Irish pork collar

1 egg

20g starch

15ml cooking wine

50ml salad oil

30g spring onion

Salt and pepper.

Method

  1. Marinate the pork with salt, peppter and cooking wine for a while and then mix the Irish pork belly with egg and corn flour.
  2. Heat the pan, add oil and put in Irish pork collar to stir lightly. Add the spring onion for flavour.
