Sous-vide Irish Pork Belly Roll

100g Irish pork belly

1 egg

20g corn flour

15ml cooking wine

50ml oil

10g garlic

Salt and pepper.

Method

  1. Marinate the pork with salt, peppter and cooking wine for a while and then mix the Irish pork belly with egg and corn flour.
  2. Roll the Irish pork belly and cook it sous-vide for 3 hours. Take the roll out and pan fry it till the meat turns crispy outside and tender inside.
